Review of products Kilpi BERGEN-W and Kilpi TIRANO-W products.
Kilpi BERGEN-W
Women's running shorts, which immediately after my first training became my favourite piece not only for running, but also for wear to the gym. The stitched compression shorts made of the pleasant OPTI-DRY material with an ideal length to the middle of the thighs help to draw away moisture and, thanks to compression, shape the legs nicely, but at the same time are elastic, thus no discomfort. The outer shorts are light and airy, so are pleasantly cool and at the same time they have a very interesting design.
They contain reflective elements along their entire length, so in addition to protective elements, they are enlivening and a super fashion piece. They sit well with the elastic waistband, which is comfortable during wear and also have three sewn-in pockets. One larger one on the back of the elastic waist with a zipper, which is practical and can fit a mobile phone. Furthermore, two side mesh pockets, which hold well, so they fulfil their function and are not just for decoration.
I like to wear black, so I wear the shorts in combination with the RINTA-W sports bra and the DIMARO-W comfortable running t-shirt, which complement each other as available in several colours.
I've always preferred the shorter under-shorts like IRAZU-W or DOMINGA-W, but these are a "MUST HAVE" for me and you're guaranteed to feel as good as I do.
Kilpi TIRANO-W
The women's running jacket made of ultralight and breathable SIBERIUM DWR WB material, is available in three colour combinations. The white is a winner for me. I use it from spring to autumn, because it is windproof, water-repellent and at the same time weighs only eighty grams. The advantage on warm days is that you can quickly and easily pack it into your back pocket. Thanks to its abovementioned weight, it does not bother me at all and I have it attached to my wrist via a band even during a longer run.
It has an ideal slim cut, I like the cut and the length of the jacket and the extended sleeves, which you can attach to your thumb with the cuff, and a lot of runners will definitely appreciate the wrist watch cut out. At the bottom, a zippered pocket with a reflective element, which is the ideal size in which you can hide your phone.
You will also find perforations on the back, which will give the jacket breathability together with a special sewn-on mesh material in the armpits and on the sides. The jacket has a classic zip, which, as in most Kilpi jackets, is reflective and has a high collar. The bottom hem of the jacket is on a drawstring, so you can adjust and tighten it as needed.
The jacket when combined with the new HEYES-W track pants, which are also extremely light and airy, are a perfect set, and during training or races I hear only great praise from all around.
