KILPI cross-country ski camp #2

Another two-day (19-20 January) cross-country ski camp is successfully behind us! The meeting point was again at the lower station of the Černohorský Express cable car at Černá hora (The Black Mountain) in the spa town of Janské Lázně. Eager participants received the "Kilpi-MaChr Package" (a cravat and a headband and lift tickets). And then the whole group went up together to nearly 1,300 m.

This time, the Guardian, R\u00fcbezahl, came to his senses and prepared some great winter weather and ideal snow conditions! What more can a skier want than to wax a blue extra? The sun was warming the air so the temperatures were pleasant and nobody was cold. And those who came from Liberec, had an outlook at Ještěd; those who came from the Eagle Mountains, also saw this mountain range. Unfortunately, you cannot see it from Černá hora (The Black Mountain) as far as Prague or Nové Město na Moravě (New Town on Moravia).

Two days of intense cross-country skiing under the supervision of an experienced instructor, whether it was playing games, easy downhill skiing, polishing techniques or a short trip at the end of course, gave of their fruit. All the participants made great progress in their skiing skills and understood how it looks to cross-country ski. The video analysis showed everyone that the mind often wants, but the body is weak ...
