For the fourth time, I have successfully gone through the challenging trail in the Kirishima Mountains in Japan. Although I considered this race to be a preparation for the major event of the season, the Ultra Gobi 400, my goal was to be in the top ten and not to get hurt. Despite the hot weather, I had none serious crisis throughout the whole race and finished in sixth place in total from over 400 runners, just 2 minutes behind the fourth runner. This result is a success and an encouragement for me.
