Description
The Kilpi BERGEN-W is a pair of running shorts for all female athletes. Their main advantage is the functional combination of materials and sophisticated workmanship. The breathable material of the outer shorts with micro-perforation pleasantly ventilates and cools. The inner briefs made of the snug-fitting OPTI-DRY material, sewn with flat seams, help to wick away moisture and prevent chafing. The wide elasticated waistband integrates spacious mesh pockets, and a key pocket. Reflective prints are highly visible in the dark and dusk. The Kilpi BERGEN-W shorts are available in two colours.

The main function of compression clothing is to increase performance during sports activity and subsequently accelerate the recovery process. Compression clothing has a positive effect on performance by increasing blood flow, oxygenating muscles, increasing musculoskeletal alertness and reducing the perception of fatigue. The positive effect on recovery is achieved by increased blood flow, removal of waste products from muscles (lactic acid), reduction of swelling, reduction of muscle damage (creatinase) and delayed onset of muscle pain.
