The KILPI PAPILON-W women's down jacket is a great source of warmth for all outdoor activities. The jacket is made of a material called SIBERIUM DWR DB, which provides excellent wind resistance, water repellency and breathability. To maintain warmth it has a goose feather filler with a ratio of 90/10. The jacket is very light, with a size 36 weighing only 300g. The seams of the Papilon jacket are heat bonded, thus minimising the loss of feathers from the lining. Whilst on the go you can conveniently pack it in the small bag provided. The product has two outer zippered pockets and inner pockets for storage of every day items. The bottom hem can be adjusted with an elasticised drawstring.

Materials developed for protection in all outdoor and sports activities. Warm and lightweight materials allow excellent packability and freedom of movement. Water-repellent and windproof material finish keeps you dry but mainly warm.

So far, the best insulating material for clothing is natural feathers. Compared to any synthetic material, feathers are lighter, more compact and have better insulating properties. What insulates the feather layer is air and feathers only prevent it from flowing very effectively. Our clothing uses a 90/10 fluff / feather ratio, which guarantees the highest thermal insulation, lightness and easy packing. If the feather is well cared for, its quality will last 3 times longer than any other synthetic filler.
