Return of goods

If the size, cut or colour does not suit you and you would like to exchange the products from your order or return them, you can do so in accordance with Section 1829 of the Civil Code within 14 days of receipt of the order.

Return procedure:

1. Print and fill out the form (here)

2. Place it in the package

3. Pack it properly and send it to the following address:

   You can send the goods by any carrier. However, from our own experience, we do not recommend Zásilkovna, it often happens that the package is not delivered. To return goods from multiple orders, you can send everything in one package. We will refund the amount to the account number on the form within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
